Great decision!
Should be fun and vigoroth supect test. :)

Anyway, I think the initial focus should be on whether Garchomp is overpowered not whether there's some rule that can make it easier to manage.
I'm afraid some might be going into the test with that mindset (given the discussions that came before). However, that is not consistent with how other Pokemon are tested.
That is we didn't say "but for Serene Grace, Shaymin-S is not broken/more manageable" or "but for Sand Rush Excadrill isn't broken/hard to manage" and start suggesting surgical remedies before the test was even done.
If that discussion occurs at all it should occur after it's established that a given Pokemon gives TOO MUCH of an advantage in battles between otherwise similarly matched opponents.
Anything else is putting the cart before the horse.

Anyway, this should be a great test.
