This thing is just so much fun. I'm building a super annoying team and this guy is my number one pick, followed by Gliscor.
As for my lead, I find standard physical Skarmory to be pretty decent. It reliably gets rocks up, phases away set-up sweepers, and overall just plain annoying to take out. I run SR over spikes because my team lacks a rocker.
