With a brilliant typing, ability, great speed, and good enough attack, it's not hard to see why Flygon isn't one of the best Pokemon in UU! Dragon / Ground is an excellent STAB combo, hitting everything apart from Bronzong. His most popular set is the Choice Scarf set-which turns him into arguably the best revenge-killer around. My favourite though is the Choice Band set. It destroys stall teams with ease with it's STAB combination alone(except Bronzong), turning it into a great wallbreaker. Gligar can't do anything back, and Cofagrigus is possibly 2HKO'd with a tiny bit of prior damage and Stealth Rock. It will be enough to sweep with Heracross later anyway. U-turn is a great momentum based move, and Fire Punch is his only option against Bronzong, doing 39%-46% to max defense Zong with a Choice Band. Overall, Flygon makes for an incredibly effective attacker or revenge killer.
