Hmm, no mention of Raikou? I think that with these tier changes, Raikou is often forgotten, but it still remains one of the most dangerous pokemon in uu. SubCM is fast, reasonably bulky, and can set up on a myriad of pokemon like P2, Umbreon, and Roserade who would otherwise check it reasonably well. If you lack one of the solid switch-ins (Snorlax, Swampert, Rhyperior) or it has fainted, then Raikou is going to town.
Specs, Scarf, and especially offensive CM are all extremely effective sets. It can be pretty versatile with its moveset: Aura Sphere, Extrasensory, Hidden Power Grass which all nail its normal checks to Thunderbolt/HP Ice. That being said, Raikou can only be countered by blobs like Snorlax and Registeel.
Most balanced teams hope for the best with Swampert/Rhyperior, while offensive teams have to check it with Scarf Flygon and the like. Definitely deserves a mention.
