Rhyperior beats Raikou without HP Grass, tanking an HP Ice and Aura Sphere with Solid Rock and OHKO'ing with Earthquake, assuming Rhyperior is relatively healthy and didn't switch into either move. Not that only having three counters as opposed to two really matters though. Of course, if Raikou has HP Grass, then Swampert loses too.
Seconded on Heracross though. Just throw him on any team and there it is, you win at UU.
