@ZangaiaX: Sorry, but I don't think I agree with Suicune being the best pokemon on the tier by any means. In fact, I would say Suicune is a mid to low tier pokemon, and almost all of the time other bulky waters like Kingdra, Blastoise, Qwilfish or Swampert are far superior choices. Even if it's extremely bulky, Restalk is quite unreliable, especially with the new sleep mechanics. In addition, Suicune is pretty weak even at +1, and in the fast paced metagame we have now, it's very easy to force it out with faster, hard hitters.
In my opinion, Heracross is the best pokemon on UU, with only Kingdra and Raikou being close to it. Heracross good typing, stats and general utility and versatility let it fulfill a variety of roles on a team, be it a sweeper, a stallbreaker or simply a revenge killer. The most threatening set is without a doubt the Choice Scarf one, which is probably the most defining set of the current metagame.
