I'm still of the opinion Kingdra is the best mon in UU, although I can certainly understand Heracross and Raikou. Kingdra is the most versatile mon we have (until Mew drops) being able to be Dragon Dance, Specs, Rain Dance, Mixxed, or some variation thereof. Sets up on pretty much anything it wants, which makes up for its lack of immediate power.

Heracross I think comes in at number two. While it is less versatile, it's got the sheer power for Swords Dance, although Moxie with Scarf is great. There's almost nothing that can stop a MoxieCross player with agood sense of prediction.

I can understand Raikou, Slowbro, and Suicune all for 3rd, but as mentioned earlier, who really cares about 3rd?
