XAkaviri, you get Leaf the Turtwig. Only physical attacks after the physical/special split (so Absorb and the like are not allowed, but Razor Leaf and Bite are). Solo a gym leader to evolve once, another gym leader to evolve again. If it doesn't evolve into Torterra at precisely level 32, it cannot use Earthquake.
