I love Pinceo!!!! Top 50 FTW! And no it is not a joke. I ladder on PS and I got number 3 before the ladder reset two weeks ago. I am now number 11. I use the following set for Pineco. Just sharing it.

Effective lead, don't lead when you see taunt or rapid spinner in team preview. It usually gets up two layers if played correctly. It can actually wall TR Cofagrigus, forcing Cofagrigus to kill me with no Trick Room up.
