I would like to nominate~

Sharpedo (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Protect
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Zen Headbutt

Sharpedo is a very deadly sweeper in BW2, and is often overlooked. Countless teams are weak to this little wonder and he can sweep very easily, as sometimes all it takes is a single Protect to get the sweep started. Earthquake can be used to get heavier damage on Jirachi and Ice Fang can be used for more damage on Dragonite and the like. Waterfall and Crunch are standard strong STAB, and Waterfall is also ridiculously strong in the Rain. Pocket suggested Zen Headbutt over Earthquake which seems really interesting, however this set will almost definitely need to be run with Spikes now.
