gonna take a brief break for now (9-1), cos it's about midnight and i want to head to bed. a few things that i wanted to say, though: firstly, articuno was a champion and did amazing until it was crit by a cb absol pursuit (which i guess is fine, since it crit a musharna and saved my butt against it!). speaking of, musharna is one of the hardest hills to climb when you've got a team assembled of random mons. swellow is another, especially if you don't have any form of rock- or steel-type on your team. i've yet to hit some of the mons i'm looking forward to most (notably carracosta, regirock, haunter, alomomola, absol, kangaskhan) but i think i've finally settled myself on the best way to play through these. i started to actually play smart through the last few matches and managed to save a few mons that i would normally have just sacrificed to bring something else in for free. also, bulkier teams seem to do much much better in this sort of challenge, especially if you have something awesome like a wishpasser in lickilicky (RIP bro). or maybe i just got lucky!! also, nothing has gone more than 3-0 with me except potentially gurdurr, if i win my next match with him intact. we'll see :D
