If we had L337 stats Mienfoo would probably be as high or higher than 50% :x

Abra always surprises me, I mean it's really not that good.

So many monsters sitting at around 3% usage, what is this??? Why are Meowth, Taillow and Aipom (seriously stop using them T_T) higher than Tirtouga, Dratini, and Riolu?
