I know it's been mentioned before but seriously, Tirtouga, Foongus and Dratini all below 4%, what is this? I would mention Riolu but no doubt it's November usage will be massive.
Why Gastly is so high when Misdreavus is in the tier?
The moveset stats are quite interesting. Why are 59% of Scraggys running Ice Punch? Chinchou has 49% Ice Beam usage which is actually really annoying as it does around 40-50% to Lileep without sand meaning it can 2HKO the switch in with hazards.
