Throwing my support behind LO RP Genesect like lots of others. It is kind of ridiculous how much of the metagame it can set up on and how powerful it is. If it manages a +1 boost in Sp Attk it can really power through a lot of its common checks like Terrakion/Rotom-W. I would say its next best set is an Expert Belt set with U-Turn / Ice Beam / Thunderbolt / Flamethrower. While Focus Sash works most of the time, I would agree with Jimbon that it can be incredibly inconsistent and Expert Belt serves more average use.

While Choice Scarf is its most common set I find it to be an incredible waste of potential and if I do run a Choice Scarf Genesect I often find myself needing to run a secondary Scarfer (Scarf Keldeo and co are way too common). Although it does need to be noted that these Scarfers really rose in popularity due to Choice Scarf Genesect, so take that as you will.
