Ok. You have a great looking team here. I suggest ToxicSpikes>Spikes on Foretress. Your team benefits better from it. Also, GigaDrain>HP(Electric) to keep Volcarona healthy after repeated LO abuse. Also secures a solid OHKO on Keldeo & Rotom-W after a QD, which would be troublesome otherwise.
