Jolteon at max speed outspeeds +1 adamant Dragonite and Gyarados, that changes an easy win to an easy loss if you drop speed down to Tornadus-T levels. You do have rock slide on Darmanitan though, so you might not even have to outspeed Tornadus-T if you want to go Modest.
