Any tips on RNGing a shiny Uxie? I would go as far as saying its the hardest RNG of my life... I even found a seed with a low shiny frame, if it weren't for the WNPCs I'd have to advance the frame by 19... But they keep shifting it in 50 different ways -.- And not to mention its hard to hit the seed (Down + B)... I hit it about 1 in 4 times
