Okay, here's what I have so far. The links still need to be added in.

You'll notice that the catch rate formula has been changed. The one in the BW article doesn't count the Tall Grass and Entralink additions. For some reason, X-Act divided the final result by 256, whereas the formulas on Bulbapedia and the Cave of Dragonflies don't (FYI, CoD's catch rate calculator is wrong), so you'll get a much lower result under the old formula.

I noticed some areas (e.g. Ball Capsules) were recycled since DP. If I need to rewrite them, go yell at me and I'll get on it.
