Time for my first (moderately large) spending deluge!
For Optimus the Bisharp I have...

I will use all of my UC as MC for Optimis, bringing his total to 36and buying these moves:
Level-Up (1 MC)- Iron Defense, Guillotine
TM (2 MC)- Poison Jab, X-Scissor, Payback, Giga Impact, Rain Dance, Protect, Toxic, Double Team
Tutor (2 MC)- Dual Chop, Knock Off, Low Kick, Magnet Rise, Role Play, Low Kick
Egg (3 MC)- Pursuit

This brings the total cost to 5MC and 28 UC, leaving me with 0 MC and 3 UC.
