This is an important announcement to hosts: You are responsible for seeing your tournament through to completion in a timely fashion. Delinquency in hosting has increased as of late. It is not our responsibility to monitor host activity and find a replacement if you are unable to continue hosting. If you notify us promptly of an impending absence and are unable to find a qualified replacement, we will find a replacement for you if have extenuating circumstances without penalty; however, failure to find a suitable replacement host and any subsequent downtime for your tournament will result in a tournament ban.
