Okay... so even if Solrock and Lunatone got Rapid Spin, they
still can't spin against Golurk. Additionally, just because they have Levitate doesn't mean they should be switching into Golurk either. So, to sum up, even if they did get Rapid Spin, they still lose to Golurk.
