| 1 | Nidoqueen | 12845 | 20.818% | 10879 | 21.422% |
I never understood why Nidoqueen gets so much love in RU. I mean, yeah, Sheer Force, cool. I guess its base 76 speed just turns me completely off. While Nidoqueen doesn't have a large list of counters, it's still checked by powerful things like Gallade, Medicham, Entei, Moltres, Aerodactyl, Sceptile, and Kabutops. Nearly every time one of these pokemon is out on your Nidoqueen, you're going to have to sac it or something else. This is undoubtedly the case with things like BandCham and BandEntei. Not only can Nidoqueen have momentum taken from her quite easily once something has been saced, but things like Moltres, Aero, and Kabu can switch directly in on Earth Powers, Fire Blasts, and Sludge Waves.. Aero resists all three.

| 2 | Sceptile | 10166 | 16.476% | 7893 | 15.542% |
This is the true Queen of RU. While Sceptile doesn't have Nido's extensive special movepool, its blazing 120 base speed in combination with its powerful 105 base special attack makes it hard to compete with. Just to clarify, Sceptile's movepool is nowhere near bad. Leaf Storm and Focus Blast coverage hits the majority of the tier, and can be complimented by a Hidden Power. Sceptile is also much more versatile than Nido, being able to run not only a special attack set, but also Swords Dance and SubSeed effectively.

| 3 | Slowking | 10133 | 16.423% | 8183 | 16.113% |
Meh, I don't agree with this being so high.

| 4 | Gallade | 9328 | 15.118% | 7414 | 14.599% |
Yes! Gallade is easily one of the best late game sweepers in the tier. Lum Berry, respectable bulk, and great typing give it plenty of set up opportunities. STAB Close Combat hits like a truck, especially coming from a monster base 125 attack. Priority, in the form of Shadow Sneak, patches up Gallde's average speed stat. Gallade also has plenty of coverage moves, like Psycho Cut and Night Slash.

| 5 | Uxie | 8289 | 13.434% | 7687 | 15.137% |
Really? Cresselia and Uxie should trade spots. Hah, just kidding, Uxie is probably the tier's bulkiest Stleath Rock user. It can also support it's team with moves like Thunder Wave, or Dual Screens. U-Turn is an excellent move to keep momentum. Definitely one of the best bulky pivots in RU.

| 6 | Entei | 7983 | 12.938% | 6341 | 12.486% |
Yeeees. Banded Flare Blitz destroys literally everything. Getting hazards up, and putting pressure on the opponent with Entei is going to end well for you. Even Slowking takes a hefty 40%-50%, and after rocks or spikes, that thing is going down.

| 7 | Galvantula | 7732 | 12.532% | 6161 | 12.132% |
| 8 | Typhlosion | 7558 | 12.250% | 6086 | 11.984% |
These are great special attackers with great speed, movepools, and spatk.

| 9 | Aerodactyl | 7362 | 11.932% | 6651 | 13.097% |
Definitely the tier's best offensive Stealth Rock user. Aero can easily check things like Nidoqueen, Moltres.. I'm not even going to start this list, because it's a long one.

| 10 | Sandslash | 6923 | 11.220% | 5945 | 11.706% |
HAHAH WHAT? While Slash can both Spin and lay rocks, so can Kabutops. Kabu is infinitely better, in my opinion. While it's nowhere near as bulky, Kabu has offensive presence.

| 11 | Hitmonlee | 6567 | 10.643% | 5080 | 10.003% |
Another excellent priority user.

| 12 | Cresselia | 6550 | 10.616% | 5309 | 10.454% |
Should be much higher. Cress walls a large majority of the tier, i hate playing these things unless i have a Drapion or Skunk in my back pocket.

| 13 | Tangrowth | 6473 | 10.491% | 5328 | 10.491% |
A great defensive wall with a great ability.

| 14 | Spiritomb | 6413 | 10.394% | 5397 | 10.627% |
Arguably the tier's best anti-spinner. No weaknesses, and passable movepool is fantastic.

| 15 | Feraligatr | 6350 | 10.292% | 5130 | 10.102% |
Definitely a great DD or SD sweeper, with great coverage moves.

| 16 | Kabutops | 6330 | 10.259% | 4844 | 9.538% |
Yeeeeesss. The tier's best spinner in my opinion. It's versatility is also fantastic, opponent doesn't know whether you will SD, SR, or spin.

| 17 | Dusknoir | 6315 | 10.235% | 5347 | 10.529% |
Spinblocker, surprised its so big~~

| 18 | Magmortar | 6211 | 10.066% | 5068 | 9.979% |
Surprised this is so much higher than Moltres.. Suppose it isn't as weak to rocks though.

| 25 | Drapion | 5557 | 9.006% | 4687 | 9.229% |
A great pomemon to trap ghosts and physics. Opens the path for Medicham and Gallade sweep. I'm really surprised Drapion doesn't see more usage.

| 26 | Lilligant | 5541 | 8.981% | 4300 | 8.467% |
Please stay here. I hate playing against Lilligant. Definitely a threat if it gets a Quiver or two up.

| 29 | Moltres | 5296 | 8.583% | 4232 | 8.333% |
Why is this so low?! Moltres has massive 125 base special attack, and something usually dies when it comes in. The tier has a lot of usable spinners, I consider this to be the tier's volcorona. It definitely deserves more usage.

| 51 | Absol | 2917 | 4.728% | 2135 | 4.204% |
This definitely deserves a lot more usage. It's 394 max attack is one of the highest in the tier. Sucker Punch helps patch up its below average speed. Taunt and Swords Dance can help it beat Cresselia.

| 53 | Klinklang | 2729 | 4.423% | 2104 | 4.143% |
Thank you. I don't know why people pick this as their team's sweeper. Its coverage is atrocious.

| 54 | Cinccino | 2649 | 4.293% | 2231 | 4.393% |
This thing can be extremely annoying, i'd like to see this used more.
