Sorry if the EVs look really weird, but I'm still working them out. This guy is a monster though. Minimize/Softboiled is just evil. Pair it with Serene Grace giving 100% SpA boost, with BoltBeam coverage (Ice Beam gets 20% Freeze chance also) and this guy is like a slow, painful death to all.
