Rock Tomb cant OHKO Tornadus-T, Thundurus-T or Landorus-T while Stone Edge can. The only reason why you would want to use a Rock move is the super effective vs Fly who resist both STAB moves. Stone Edge just makes your revenge killing window of oportunity way bigger.
