Absolutely no need whatsoever to use Hasty/Naive. Your attack stat doesn't matter at all unless you want to throw on explosion. Hidden power grass is alternative to hit gastro, or hp electric for gyara but this choice obviously depends on the rest of the team. Even Dragon Pulse is an option to hit Latis a bit harder. Definitely recommend this set though catches a lot of people off guard and can win games. Also this set has probably been posted on this thread 100 times already but whatever.
