in my opinion exeggutor isn't very effective in this metagame since it can't keep up with the fast paced offensive nature of teams. being able to destroy both amoonguss and alomomola is nice, but the most dominant play-style by far is offensive with pokemon such as samurott, braviary, gardevoir, and so on. exeggutor will struggle to net more than one kill against those types of teams. also, the rise of regice does not help it one bit since it struggles to break though it without a life orb boosted low kick.

also, on the topic of otr eggy, nature power could be considered to dodge sucker punches from one of its biggest counters in skuntank and hit it super effectively.
