It could serve as an interesting Toxic Spiker for Hail teams - aside from standard spiking duties, it also absorbs statuses, can act as a cleric, and provides a counter against bulky Waters. The other problem, of course, would be that she compounds a Fire weakness, unless one was running Lapras or Walrein (haha Dewgong).
