I'm just not sold on this one. First off, I'm not entirely sure you could consider Mienshao an "Ambipom Clone" as both do entirely different things (such as being a legitimate physical threat/offensive pivot and sucking really bad respectively.)
Secondly, I'm not really sure Mienshao is really cut out to stall anything. It doesn't have any appriciable bulk, nor a particularly good defensive typing. If the goal is to put some damage on a poke you wouldn't be able to otherwise deal significant damage to, the fakeout set does this cleaner, and is walled by fewer pokes with access to better coverage moves, and allows access to U-Turn to get out of hopeless situations into a check. If the goal is to cripple walls with toxic and then switch out to a more legitimate threat, why not baton pass the sub, or at least keep U-Turn around to do a little damage on the way out? Other than shock value, I can't really see what this set is supposed to accomplish?
