Magnezone with Autotomize. The move description fits, since the user discards unneeded parts from its body to make itself lighter. If the gears can get this Magnezone can as well.
Magnezone doesn't need it, but combined with its rather large Special Attack stat and fixing its low Speed, it would certainly be helpful. Its bulk combined with its buffed speed would also make it harder to force out or revenge as well. There's also the appeal of having a Magnezone set called AutoZone.
