I like Mewtwo.
-Inferno
-Zap Cannon
-Dynamic Punch
-Blizzard/filler/status/whatever
Doesn't take super-effective damage like Rayquaza (Dragon is everywhere, Ice kinda common) except maybe Ghost (Gengar). Faster and better Special Attack (just a smidgen), which takes advantage of No Guard's special bias.
