Thanks ium! HP Electric sounds like a decent change, and you're right, I don't particularly fear Seismitoad. Arbok, Seviper, and Muk are rare enough that I would rather be able to KO non-Scarf Braviary instead, but I'll test it out and see. Toxic is a yes.
