OK the OP and the Threatlist onsite have been updated with the suggestions so far.
If you find a small error onsite and you're a badgeholder be sure to fix it directly through the SCMS, otherwise complain about it here or in the Small Changes Thread.
As for the Pokemon I didn't list in the OP Yonko to reserve, I personally don't think they're noteworthy enough to need an entry, though if other people think they do then we can make an entry for them too.
(For the lazy they were: Hariyama, Haunter, Seismitoad, Slowking, Sneasel, Tangrowth, Ursaring, Uxie; all offensive entries).
