As last time, the way the options work is that you will vote for both pre-evolution stages at once. The two remaining choices are as follows:
Bug/Psychic -> Bug/Psychic
Bug -> Bug/Psychic
The first typing on each line represents the first stage Pokemon, and the second being the middle evolution.
