Hello smogon, I've lurked here for a few months, and as my first post I would like to ask you guys a question. Over the past few months I've been trying to create an overused pikachu. I know in g/s you have to have surf, in order for it to be ou, the only thing is you can't legally get a surfing pikachu into B/W 2. So my question is, is there any possible over used movesets I can go with?
