Stats + Typing: Excellent 120 Base Attack and STAB
Ability: Would work with either.
Design: The Japanese name is surprise attack. And nothing is more fitting than a Sharpedo barrelling up from the depths to snag a Spheal for a meal.
Need: Gives it a chance to operate without Speed Boost or to counter priority from other mons.
