Just for additional clarification on this one: as per
Oglemi's proposal, even if UU decides to pull another unban of either Sand Stream or Drought out of their ass, it will return to the state where it was initially banned (meaning both abilities would only be allowed back in UU, since they never existed in RU or NU before they were banned). Snover was in NU when UU banned it, meaning the unban dropped it all the way back for us.
