Hi, this is a nice Sunny Day Team! You are weak to Stealth Rock basically, I'd suggest a Rapid Spinner somewhere, that solves the problem and makes working a bit 'better Dugtrio with Focus Sash.
In Sunny Day Team one that works well is Donphan instead of Landorus-T, or you can try Forretress, giving Spikes and Stealth Rock giving a Dugtrio instead of Memento.
