I don't see a difference. Are you talking about the HG/SS sprite?
Here's one thing I would change
Give a Pokemon a specific animation for when they first exit their Poke Ball. I liked that in Gen III and IV, so I was dissapointed when Gen V didn't have it. A minor change but one I'd like to see.
