Anywhere on the Internet, you have to find one you like before you can use it. If you're looking for a complete set of sprites, I like to use
Pokécheck's. If you're looking for more non-standard images, you'll have to find them on your own.
Also, note that you don't have to save an image to your computer before you can post it here, unless the site you got it from has a rule against hotlinking. Just right-click>Copy Image and then paste it in your post.
