Alright, I think that the offensive version of LumRest should be the main with the alternate 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe spread in AC along with the defensive variant.
Remove any mentions of Snover/Hail, Emboar, Amoonguss, Cinccino, Absol as they moved up to RU
Mention Rotom-S and Rotom-F in checks and counters
Add in Roselia as a Pokemon that Exeggutor helps break, but make sure to mention that Exeggutor must watch out for the offensive Spikes variant as it will outspeed and OHKO. Add in
Offensive Spikes Roselia as another Pokemon that the faster EV spread on Choice Specs will help outspeed. (List the actual spread as well: 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe)
