Kethzyal, Dive into the water and go halfway down, then fire some Ice Beams up at your foes!
Vonlafera- Start by Glaring at Dizzy, then charge up and smack her into the air with an Iron tail, follow through by taunting your airborne foe!
Kethzyal: Dive(Suspend)-Ice Beam Dizzy, Ice Beam Dizzy
Vonlafera: Glare at Dizzy, Iron Tail Dizzy into the air, Taunt Dizzy
