As for the numbers, what you'll have to do is search in Time Finder for a spread you like, take the PID, and put it into Pandora's Box, which will tell you what ID/SID combinations will make that spread shiny. Generally you can only get one good spread per game, but sometimes you'll get a spread with two good natures.
