Sploosh the Magikarp. This poor guy was caught by that weird fisherman and then sold to you at the Mt. Moon Pokemon Center. He's a sad fellow who wants to do his best, but he seems to only be able to bounce up and down! In order to evolve him, you must use Splash three times in at least 10 battles, and not have him faint, as this will lower his confidence. Also, it may only use TMs as a Gyarados once it Solo's at least 1 Rival Battle, and 1 Gym Leader (not the whole gym, just the leader). Lastly this little guy can only have 1 STAB move at a time.
(EXP Share IS allowed to lower the challenge a bit)
