Okay, 2 things:
ONE: When you changed that, by changing the ultra ball, you removed fighting. Just to note that.
Second: What if they add more pokeballs this gen? For poison, it could be:
TOXIC BALL: Works better when opponent is poisoned.
for ground:
GRAVITY BALL: Works better the shorter the opponent is.
and for fighting:
CHAMPION BALL: Works better the harder it is to find a pokemon in a given area.
