Two teams that are pretty well balanced, curious about the match.
...
Team two will have the upperhand in the battle though. Seismitoad is a great danger to most of the opponent's team, and probopass will be there to intercept any attack from Skun, Haunter or Rotom, so Gardevoir and Musharna will be able to be safe from them. If team one plays his or her cards right, it can still cripple or kill Gardevoir and Musharna with the Skun/Haunt. Seismitoad will most likely damage every other switch in, Pilo/Ludi/Carra. If team 2 plays well, it should be able to take out each pokémon one by one, picking off the weakest one in the chain each time a switch comes in.
It will be hard for team one to break the momentum of this team, as team two always has a switch ready to counter. By predicting the switch, team one will be able to pick off some of team two's pokémon, but team two will always react with a RK, probably by Seismitoad. It will be very difficult to stop.
Getting up hazards may be crucial for killing the rotoms, but as I already implied, it won't be easy to set up against team 2, as it will counter every switch in or attack of the pokemon that's in play. So, I highly think that team two will be the victor in this battle. If played well and smartly by the player of team one, there will be a chance that it will win, but it has to stay focused, set up hazards, predict without fault and keep Seismitoad or Gardevoir from setting up.
