So just to clarify, before get into this-is one set supposed to fight both, or is the bottom set squaring off against the top? Edit:Or can you pick one or the other?

Also, nice challenge, and i like how the accuracy's been worked out. And now i also like how the speed tie's been solved, so nice one there. Luckily the only high % secondary effect will probably be neutralised by Hydration, and is a burn on a specially based pokemon.

Also, I'm noticing that Manaphy's at a heavy (Edit:Actually advantage.). Luckily, it can't hit itself super effectively, but even with that said, it's still got Heart Swap, as well as Calm Mind+Neutral move. The Tail Glow set is probably destroyed by a bulky CM set, although the CM set might turn out to be unbreakable without Heart Swap, or something odd. (Does Manaphy learn Sunny Day? That might be helpful)

As for Mewtwo, the second set actually neatly takes care of the top one, so we just need to repurpose it a tad. Max Speed Timid and HP are good, and Will-O-Wisp can be replaced by either Psychic, or maybe Toxic.

Edit: Ugh, i just realised the opponent goes first, so lame there. So the best Mewtwo set for the first would be, say, 252 HP/ 88 Def/ 172 SpD with a Bold nature. Toxic/Recover/Light Screen/Power Swap with Leftovers. Toxic the first turn, Light Screen the second. Mewtwo should probably be able to tank a +1 Fire Blast/Psystrike, then another after Light Screen's down and Recover, although if he isn't, Light Screen should go up first. If the enemy's Mewtwo starts boosting heavily, that could be problematic, which is hopefully where Power Swap comes in. Some heavy calcs need running there, but it seems to be pretty good so far. Even if you have to Light Screen first, Mewtwo ought to be able to hold out for the six turns necessary for Toxic to finish off its foe (Sans LO recoil, which very well might happen). Mewtwo might need Light Clay for this set too.

The second set's beaten by Mental Herb Mewtwo. Toxic/Safeguard/Rest/Psystrike@Mental Herb, 252 Spe/252 SpA/ 4 Hp Timid. The first turn, Mewtwo Safeguards, and then he Toxics. After that, Mewtwo can just Psystrike away until Safeguard fades. If the mirror managed to get in a Taunt before Safeguard faded, you'll need to Psytrike until you can Rest. Then just Psystrike until the mirror goes down.

Edit: Yeah, thanks for the move help, i decided to just open another tab with his moveset, which was pretty helpful. I think Mewtwo's got immunity on lockdown, but i'll let some other people chime in on other pokemon first and see what they've got to say.
