Thank you for the rates! The Togekiss is mixed, and without Air Slash, I can't get past Gligar. Drain Punch is better, it's confirmed. Additionally, I'm not sure what kind of Raikou set I want. SubCM is a no-no (It's the team's namesake). That leaves me with Specs and Scarf. Any advice on that? It never occured to me that I should use Defense EVs. It works fantastically! Houndoom was cool, but I'll end up making another team around it. Thanks!
