+ Bone Rush
Stats + typing: It doesn't get STAB or anything, but Cinccino gets other multi-hit moves, so what's the problem? It's always needed something to hit Steels with (shut up, Wake-Up Slap doesn't count) and this would be the move to do it.
Ability: Technician would boost the power of each hit, but come on, let's be real here. Skill Link all the way, baby. This would fit perfectly with its theme of various multi-hit moves. Nobody cares about Cute Charm.
Design: Well if this thing can fire seeds and blast rocks, why can't it throw bones? Hell, it's got hands. I mean shit, if it can somehow summon bolts of Thunder from the sky, I'm sure it can pick up a bone and chuck it at someone that got outta line.
Need: Cinccino's lack of a reliable way to handle Steel types has always been its biggest drawback. Bone Rush would solve that problem, plus it would fit the Skill Link + multi-hit move theme, and Rock/Ground multi-hit coverage would be pretty sick.
