QC decided that the main set should look this:

move 2: Ice Beam
move 3: Psychic / Thunder Wave
move 4: Slack Off

evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Ice Beam was deemed non negotioable since you needed the immediate damage against things like +1 Salamence, +2 Garchomp, etc.
The Choice Specs set should probably look like this:
name: Specs
move 1: Surf
move 2: Fire Blast
move 3: Psychic / Psyshock
move 4: Trick / Ice Beam / Grass Knot
item: Choice Specs
ability: Regenerator
nature: Modest
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Fire Blast is too important to get slashed imo, and isn't as necessary since you're 2hkoing most of the dragons (sans Lati@s & Hydreigon)
The TR set gets a yes from me, since Slowbro is basically almost identical to Slowking when it comes to TR sweeping.

original skeleton to beef up your AC and whatnot.
