Remember, something that can counter accelgor or check it is gonna obviously be the best choice, but make sure that it has some utility outside of that role as well. Think outside the box, as moves like stealth rock, priority and thunder wave are all just as good at crippling accelgor as a full on counter. Let your imagination run free :)
